The story begins in the roots of my village in the Bekaa. The earth is more than a place, it’s a feeling. It lives in the scent of rain on soil, the silence of fields, and the details memory quietly holds. My bond with the land isn’t nostalgia, but a living emotion that shapes what I see and paint. This exhibition isn’t about documenting a place. It explores our emotional connection to the land, one that embraces everyone, beyond names or boundaries. In my paintings, lines twist like roots, expressing a deep sense of belonging. Moving between abstraction and symbolism, I try to convey what can’t be said aloud: the invisible thread tying us to our origins. When the earth dreams, it invites us to dream too, to remember we are made of the same clay, shaped by the same rain, walking the same soil.

"حين تحلم الأرض"

تبدأ القصة من جذور قريتي في البقاع. الأرض ليست مجرد مكان، بل شعور. تعيش في رائحة المطر على التراب، في صمت الحقول، وفي التفاصيل التي تحفظها الذاكرة بهدوء. ارتباطي بالأرض ليس حنينًا، بل إحساس حيّ يشكّل ما أراه وأرسمه .هذا المعرض لا يهدف إلى توثيق مكان، بل يستكشف علاقتنا العاطفية بالأرض، علاقة تحتضن الجميع، دون أسماء، أو حدود. في لوحاتي، تلتف الخطوط مثل الجذور، معبّرة عن شعور عميق بالانتماء .أتنقّل بين التجريد والرمزية، محاولة إيصال ما لا يمكن قوله بالكلمات، ذلك الخيط الخفي الذي يربطنا بجذورنا. وعندما تحلم الأرض، فإنها تدعونا للحلم معها، لنتذكّر أننا من نفس الطين، سقانا نفس المطر، وسرنا على نفس التراب.
