Issa Halloum
Issa Halloum (b. 1968, Kuwait) is a Lebanese artist who studied at the Lebanese University and later at the Brera Academy in Milan. Inspired by nature, he creates textured landscapes and scenes using vivid colors and expressive brushstrokes influenced by post-impressionism.
Working from direct observation, he captures light and movement through simplified forms, producing compositions that feel both dynamic and serene. His paintings often suggest expansiveness, extending beyond the canvas while maintaining a sense of suspended motion.
Halloum has exhibited widely across the Middle East and internationally, and his works are held in numerous private collections.
