Taher Hamouda

Taher Ahmed Abdullah Hamouda (b. 1987, Egypt) is an Egyptian artist and academic specializing in graphic design. He holds a Bachelor’s, Master’s, and PhD in Philosophy of Art from Alexandria University, where he currently teaches.

He has exhibited widely in solo and group shows, including at the Bibliotheca Alexandrina, the Museum of Modern Art in Cairo, and internationally at the Egyptian Embassy in Vienna.

Hamouda has received awards such as first place in the South Valley University Fine Arts competition, and his works are held in major institutional and private collections in Egypt and abroad.
