Taher Jaoui

Taher Jaoui (b. 1978) is a contemporary artist known for dense abstract compositions that blend influences from graffiti, cartoons, Abstract Expressionism, and Cubism. His canvases are filled with dynamic forms—circles, boxes, and bold color fields—ranging from muted tones to vibrant, multi-colored palettes.

Working intuitively, he builds layered surfaces using mixed media such as oil, enamel, spray paint, and charcoal, creating rich textures and energetic compositions.

Jaoui has exhibited internationally across major cities including New York, Berlin, Hong Kong, Dubai, and Beirut, establishing a global presence.
